Wind Advisory Today, Turning Colder This Weekend

Weekend highs in the 20s and 30s will prevail for most areas.

Additionally, there is a chance of light snow Saturday evening over far southeast Kansas, with light accumulations possible.

  • TODAY: Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 61. Windy, with a south wind 15 to 20 mph increasing to 26 to 31 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.
  • TONIGHT: Partly cloudy, with a low around 22. Breezy, with a southwest wind 20 to 25 mph becoming northwest 9 to 14 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 34 mph.
