A 30-year-old rural Salina man arrested Thursday evening on 5-counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, 2-counts of aggravated indecent solicitation, aggravated criminal sodomy, and promoting obscenity .

Lt. Scott Siemsen says that Ira Dwayne Rice is alleged to have inappropriately touched a boy under the age of 10 as well as had the boy touch him and showed the boy inappropriate images on a computer between October and December of 2012 at a central Salina home.

A parent of the boy contacted police on January 28th to report the incidents.

Rice is an acquaintance of the boys family.
