UPDATE 3:29 PM: KHP advises I-135 near Newton is blocked southbound by multiple accidents, two involving sheriff’s deputies cars that were struck.
UPDATE: KHP reports pedestrian pushing a car from the ditch was struck by another car on I-70 in Ellsworth Co with minor injuries.
UPDATE 2:51 PM: KHP reports a storm related fatality accident on I-70 near Goodland this morning. We will post more information once it is made available.
UPDATE: Moderate to heavy snow is expected to overspread most of the area this afternoon through the overnight hours. Winds in the 25 to 35 mph range will cause blowing snow that may reduce visibilities along with drifting.
UPDATE:According to the NWS in Wichita, radar trends and newer model data are showing a delay in snow for much of the area. Intermittent snow is falling at a few locations now.

- The Saline County Commission on Aging and its facilities — Salina Senior Center and Sunflower Adult Day Services — will be closed Monday (February 25, 2013) because of the next round of winter weather expected to hit the Salina area Sunday night through Tuesday morning.
