2. Finally, some rain.

3. We need more politicians like Rand Paul. The guy does a filibuster the way it’s supposed to be done and the next day the president backtracks on his right to kill American citizens on American soil. That’s the way our representatives are supposed to handle things. Oh and thanks to Jerry Moran for standing behing Paul on this.

4. Take a quick glance at all of the tags in the Olive Garden parking lot. It may ONLY be a restaurant but that place is bringing a ton of money in from outside of Salina. Very, very good to see.

5. The Obama administration is nothing without the mainstream media. They are the ones that keep pushing the “end of the world!” message each time budget cuts come down. As we can see with the sequester, cuts are needed and they aren’t the end of the world.
