MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) – Kansas State says sophomore forward Adrian Diaz has decided to transfer.

Coach Bruce Weber said Monday he was disappointed, but Diaz expressed an interest in playing closer to his home in Miami.

The 6-foot-10 Diaz averaged 2.9 points on 54.8 percent shooting with 1.9 rebounds in 49 career games from 2011-13. He has two years of eligibility remaining.
