Gestapo, n.. Any police or other authority regarded as sinister, ruthless, brutal etc…
In light of recent events, one could say the IRS has become the Gestapo arm of the administration. Slowly but surely the EPA, the Health and Human Services and the FCC are becoming part of the ruthlessness via regulations and limitations put on the populance and businesses. The majority of these regulations and limitations are aimed at small businesses, while large corporations seem to get waivers and free passes. (oil companies are fined because birds get stuck in oil ponds while eagles and other birds die at the hands of wind farms and nothing is said or done.)
With all of the lies and coverups this administration is involved with, I am amazed at how little attention the PUBLIC has brought to bear. I understand the government controlled media will not investigate, and I know the congress will not take any Legal Action… just put on a show for the public, and fire a few fall guys, while ignoring the one person who is supposed to be running the country. His answer to all of these events is he didn’t know. HE DIDN’T KNOW!?
The President of the US didn’t know? Are you kidding me? It just goes to show you that the man is too busy campaigning for his party and has let the wolves guard the hen house.
And where are the GOP and the Tea Party folk? They are playing along Making noise and threats and achieving nothing!
And where are the citizens? They shake their heads and say what a corrupt government we have, but they will not take any action. They will not write to their representatives demanding justice. They will not vote out the “scoundrels”. They will be the cowards they are and just sit back and take it. Shame on all of us…And I mean U.S.
If left unchecked every agency in the government will soon become an arm of the Gestapo.
