Salina native and Kansas State University student Lauren Meis will be featured at halftime of the Salina Bombers game Saturday night as they host the Kansas Koyotes.
Meis is the K-State Feature Twirler, reigning NBTA Collegiate Miss Majorette of Kansas, state solo, strut, 2 baton & 3 baton champion, earned a 6th place national ranking for collegiate twirlers on the campus of the University of Notre Dame last July and is the National Show Twirl Champion. She is a member of Shannon’s Stars Twirling Club. Meis has also performed at the 2012 Cotton Bowl & 2013 Fiesta Bowl as K-State’s Feature Twirler.
Game time is set for 7:05 pm Saturday night, with the Bicentennial Center ticket office opening at noon on Saturday.
