At the Salina City Commission meeting they approved a new cellular tower that would reach 150 feet.  The approved site for the new cellular tower is on the same plot of land as Kenwood Cove, it would be located on the north end of that property. It was stated that the cellphone tower would blend in with Kenwood Cove. The cellular tower would be painted the same color as the poles that are in the Bicentennial center parking lot. The gate around the tower would be the same style as Kenwood cove’s and it would be the same height.
