Westar Energy has stated that power is out in parts of Salina. They have received 27 reports of power outages. They estimate there are approximately 100 houses without power. If you drive south down Ohio st past Cloud st you can see that there are multiple power outages in this area. Westar has stated the power will be on by 1 a.m. for all of its customers in Salina.
