The I-135/I-70 Drug Task Force arrest a Salina man after executing a search warrant at his home late Wednesday morning.

Lt. Jim Norton said 29-year-old Lewis D. Forester was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of drug proceeds and endangering a child.

The search took place at 124 W. Kirwin around 11a.m. and seized was a small amount of meth, a .380 pistol, $2,643 in cash believed to be drug proceeds and three pit bull dogs that are now in custody at the Salina Animal Shelter.
