2326457Charles A. “George” Jones, 67, Salina, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2013. He was born March 29, 1946 in Salina to Charles F. and Vernie F. (Greenway) Jones.

He was a production manager for many years for Holiday Mansion in Salina. George and Dianna Murray were united in marriage on September 6, 1981 in Bloomington, IN.

He was preceded in death by his parents; step-son Rodney Stanley; sisters Mary Emerie and Shirley Knox.

Survivors include his wife Dianna Jones; son Charles A. Jones, Jr. and his wife Billie; daughter Tammy Rystrom and her husband Mark; sister Carolyn Martin; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 P.M., Thursday at the Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis. Burial will be in Culver Union Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:30 until service time on Thursday. Memorials may be made to the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation of Kansas, 5111 E. 21st St., Wichita, KS 67208.

Chantha Phouthavong, age 91, passed away Friday, November 15, 2013. She was born January 1, 1922 in Savannakhet, Laos.

She is survived by her children, Souvanh Phouthavong, Salina, Vanh Phouthavong, California, Xop Bouasanouvong, Salina and Lee Phouthavong, Nebraska, fifteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. 8th St., Salina.Cremation will follow.

kru31113Christopher Patrick Kruep, 35, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013. He was born March 5, 1978, in Kansas City, Mo., to Thomas and Vickie (Agin) Kruep.

Christopher had an extreme love for his son and music. He enjoyed organizing and playing at Noise Fest, a concert he founded in 2001.

Christopher is survived by hisson, Jalen; mother, Vickie; brother, Mark; sister, Laurie Cornwell and fiance Billy Sproring; four nieces; three nephews; one great-niece; and one great-nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, Tom, and his grandparents.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20 at Emmanuel Foursquare Church, Salina. Memorials may be made to the Christopher Kruep Memorial Fund in care of Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth St., Salina 67401.
