On Dec 27th at 1:40 AM there was a confrontation between a Jamie Jeter and a Phillip James Dean.

It started out as an argument but then escalated to the point where Phillip James Dean stabbed Jamie Jeter in the face with a screwdriver.

Dean was arrested for aggravated battery. Jeter was taken to Salina Regional Health Center where he was treated.
