On 01/10/2014, an unknown black male was in Wal-Mart and performed a quick change scam. The suspect was accompanied by another black male, whom doesn’t actively participate in the scam. The suspected scammer is wearing a multi-colored long sleeve shirt, jeans, eyeglasses, and tennis shoes. The other subject is wearing a gray sweatshirt, light colored slacks, eyeglasses, and black boots. Both appear to be of average height.
