Speeding on I-70 Friday evening leads to an Ohio man being arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and speeding.
Sheriff Glen Kochanowski said 34-year-old Travis Eads of Dayton Ohio was eastbound on the interstate about 6:20 p.m., when he was stopped by a K-9 Officer for driving 82 mph in a 75 mph zone.
During the stop the deputy detected a smell of marijuana, and the dog alerted on the car.
Found inside the car was baked goods and candy containing THC and several containers of medical marijuana, and THC wax.
Eads had purchased the marijuana in Colorado. Eads bonded out of jail early Saturday morning.
