An active weather pattern is setting up for this weekend with a couple severe weather episodes possible.

Severe storms will be possible Saturday evening for locations along and west of the Kansas Turnpike. The threat will shift east on Sunday with severe storms possible mainly east of Interstate 135.

Large hail, damaging winds and tornadoes will be possible this weekend.
