Three Beloit residents were arrested Friday night, after an incident where a gun was pointed out of the car they were in, at another car. Salina Police Captain Mike Sweeney said just after 6:30pm the three were stopped at a traffic light at 9th and Cloud while going southbound. When the light turned green they did not move and the driver of a car behind them honked.

As both cars traveled south on 9th a car driven by 21-year-old Jason Seibel and a passenger 22-year-old Chelsea Mallory, tried to pass the car which would speed up and slow down. In the 2100 block of south 9th, a handgun was pointed at Seibel and Mallory. They called 9-1-1 and gave a description of the car and passengers to police who located the car in the parking lot of the Central Mall.

Arrested on requested charges of aggravated assault were 20-year-old Alexander Hiserote-Eich and 21-year-old Dylan Cannell. 20-year-old Lacy Palmer was arrested on charges of having prescription medication without a prescription. The handgun, a chrome Taurus 9mm was recovered.
