Advanced voting underway for a bond issue for the USD 306 Southeast of Saline School District.

Saline County Clerk and Elections Officer Don Merriman said the advance voting will take place in the County Clerks office weekdays during regular business hours through noon on Monday June 2nd. Voting at six locations within USD 306 will be on Tuesday June 3rd.

To put the $14.9 million bond issue before district voters was approved to the USD 306 Board of Education last February.

If approved by voters, the money would go to additional classroom space, Moving offices of the school, upgrades to the track and football field, and infrastructure improvements.
