3:04 p.m. According to Roger Williams with the Salina Fire Department, the blaze on Millwood started in the garage and was caused by a battery on a scooter trickle charger. The building suffered only minor smoke and fire damage.

 

 

1:40 The fire at the home on Millwood is out. No injuries reported.

An investigation into what caused the fire is underway.

1:29 p.m. Fire crews have arrived on the scene  and reported the residents are safely out of the home.

1:25 p.m. First responders have been dispatched to report of smoke coming from the roof of a home in the 800 block of Millwood.
