SALINA, Kan. — Racing at the Salina Speedway has been cancelled for Friday May 23rd.

Heavy and persistent rains have soaked the track, parking, and pit areas and with a non-promising radar image the decision was made to cancel the night’s activities.

The Stand Packer night has thus been cancelled as well and will not be made up.

Next Friday night May 30th the Lucas Oil ASCS National Sprint Car Tour will join the ASCS Midwest Region Sprint Cars for their only appearance at the Salina Speedway in 2014. They will be joined by the BSB Manufacturing NeSmith Late Models and Auto House Mod Lites.
