Unused prescription medications will be collected Wednesday at the Salina Senior Center as a part of the Saline County Commission on Aging’s Older Americans Month activities.

A deputy from the Saline County Sheriff’s Office will be in the dining room of the Salina Senior Center, 245 N. Ninth, from 11 a.m.-1:15 p.m. to help seniors and others safely dispose of unused and unneeded prescription medications.

Please do not bring unused and unneeded prescription medications to the Salina Senior Center at any other time, as staff will not be able to accept them.
