(Updated with final vote total) Southeast of Saline voters reject bond issue

Voters in the USD 306 Southeast of Saline school district Tuesday said no to a $14.9 million bond issue to make renovations and improvements to the school for K-12 on K-4 Highway west of Gypsum.

Saline County Clerk and Election Officer Don Merriman said the final vote was No-834 Yes-261. Merriman said voter turnout for the bond issue in the district was 50 percent.
