The Salina Bombers have beaten the Sioux City Bandits at the Tyson Event Center. The Bandits made sure it would not go to 3-0.
Sioux City, the #2 seed in the CPIFL moved on the Champions Bowl II after defeating the #3 seed Salina Bombers, 66-37.
Sioux City will travel to Wichita for the Championship game next Saturday. Wichita, the #1 seed, kicked a 51 yard field goal as time expired to move on.
The Salina Bombers end the 2014 season with a 8-5 record.
