Goodwill Industries at 2640 Planet Avenue report the theft of aluminum ramps from the loading dock area Friday afternoon. The ramps were valued at $500.

A Salina man tells Police his pickup was damaged while it was in the parking lot of the Salina Bicentennial Center between Saturday night and Sunday morning. Lawrence Manreth said someone pulled out the dash and also tried to start a fire in the gas line of his 1997 Chevy S-10 pickup. Damage is estimated at $1,000.

Salina Police investigate the theft of military issued equipment sitting on the lawn of a southwest Salina home between Friday and Saturday. 19-year-old Geu Yu, and 23-year-old Bobby Farris said the equipment was left on the lawn while work on the floor of the home in the 800 block of Hancock was being done. Among the items taken were sleeping bags, backpacks, and assault packs. A lawn mower was also taken. Loss placed at $4,100.
