The Salina City Commissioners picked an interim city commissioner tonight. In a 4 to 0 vote, the city commissioners picked Dr. Trent Davis to replace Barb Shirley when her resignation takes effect. Commissioner Barb Shirley’s last day will be August 25th, 2014.

Commissioner Shirley was not allowed to cast a vote for her replacement.
