On Monday, August 25, the contractor for KDOT will begin Phase 2 of the improvements to the Cloud Street and Ninth Street intersection. This will shift the traffic on Cloud Street to the northern half of the street.

Traffic on Ninth Street will remain unchanged. Two-way traffic will be maintained. Left turns in the intersection will be prohibited.

Motorists should expect minor delays and are encouraged to find alternate routes.
