The contractor for the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) will begin Phase Three of improvements to the intersection of Cloud Street and 9th Street on Wednesday, September 3.

Traffic on 9th Street will shift to the west; traffic on Cloud Street will remain unchanged. Two-way traffic will be maintained. Left turns in the intersection will be prohibited.

Motorists should expect minor delays and are encouraged to find alternate routes.
