The Sunday evening storms that rolled across the state brought numerous reports of hail, high winds and heavy rain.
The high winds knocked out power to over 1200 Westar customers. Tennis ball size hail fell in portions of north central Kansas.
The heaviest rain fell in McPherson, Dickinson and Morris Counties. They received over 4 inches of rain.
Portions of Barton and Ellsworth County received 2.5 to over 3 inches of rain. Saline, Russell, Rush and Ellsworth County reported areas of 2 and 3 inches of rainfall.
Flood warnings were issued in many areas of central Kansas but were allowed to expire on Monday morning.
