The contractor for the Kansas Department of Transportation
will begin Phase Four of improvements to the intersection of Cloud Street and 9th Street on Monday, September 22.

Traffic on Cloud Street will shift to the south; traffic on Ninth Street will remain unchanged. Two-way traffic will be maintained. Left turns in the intersection will be prohibited.

Motorists should expect minor delays and are encouraged to find alternate routes.
