PRATT, Kan. — Two people were taken to the hospital after a one-vehicle accident just after 5:30 p.m. on Sunday in Pratt County

Authorities say a 1993 Ford pickup driven by Dallas Mills, 17, Sawyer, was traveling on Southeast 30th Avenue just north of Southeast 40th Street. The vehicle left the road into the west ditch and rolled.

Mills and a passenger Patton Mills, 22, Great Bend were transported to Pratt Regional Medical Center.

Another passenger Denise Allende, 21, Great Bend, refused treatment at the scene and was not transported.

Alcohol and speed were said to be a factor in the accident. The accident is under investigation by the Pratt County Sheriff’s Office.
