A 35-year-old Salina man was arrested on requested charges of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy, kidnapping, and battery in connection with an incident at a east Salina home at the end of September.

Jack Kelley is alleged to have had non-consensual sex with a woman acquaintance in her 30s between September 25th, and September 30th.

At one time during the week, Kelley is accused of not letting the woman leave the home.

The woman eventually left the home, and at the urging of friends reported what happened to police on October 1st.

Kelley was located Tuesday and arrested.
