A 31-year-old man is arrested Sunday evening on requested charges of vehicle burglary and aggravated assault .

Cody Lott is accused of stealing a pack of cigarettes , and a cell phone from a pickup parked near Domino’s Pizza just before 9pm.

A witness and owner of the pickup followed Lott to the parking lot of Family Video and 9th and Broadway.

When they were getting out of their vehicle to confront Lott, he allegedly displayed a knife and left.

Officers found him behind Kraft Manor. they recovered a knife and found the stolen cell phone near where he was arrested.
