A 1999 Honda Civic reported stolen on November 22nd from Salina, was found stripped of all mechanical parts and the interior Monday morning southeast of Salina.

Saline County Sheriff Glen Kochanowski said deputies were sent to the 1300 block of E. McReynolds Road on the report of a abandoned car.

The car is owned by 21-year-old Thaddeus Swenson of Salina.

Sheriff Kochanowski said a Salina Journal carrier drove by the car about 2am Monday morning, and there was a black pickup and another car around the stolen car.

When he went passed by a few minutes later they were gone.

The car is valued at $1,000.
