A Salina man reports to police he received a counterfeit $10 bill from a Salina fast food restaurant. Frank Keefer said he got the bill with change at Spangles on Sunday at 7:30pm. He discovered the bill was bogus on Monday.

A Lincoln County woman has her car stolen while working in Salina Monday evening. The 1998 white Ford Escort ZX-2 with license plate 307-GLB was taken from the parking lot at Smoky Hill Rehabilitation at 1007 Johnstown between 6pm and midnight. Joanna Dewitt of Beverly said the keys were on the floor of the car. Her purse wallet, and checkbook were also taken. Loss is placed at $1,500.
