A Salina man tells police he found what he believed was a drunk man in the bedroom of one of his daughters early Friday morning.

The man who lives in the 700 block of W. South said another daughter woke him up about 5 am saying she heard noises in the house.

The man found a white male, 6’1″, 200lbs, short hair,and a goatee in the unoccupied bedroom of another daughter.

The man escorted the intoxicated suspect out of the house.

The homeowner only called police later when it was discovered that $40 that had been in a tin can in the room was missing.
