Two home were damaged by fire early Wednesday morning in southwest Salina.

Just after 2:30am The Salina Fire Department responded to the 1900 block of Hageman to the report of a house fire.

When the arrived they found 1902, and 1908 Hageman involved in fire. A detached garage also caught fire, and a grass fire also began in the backyard of one of the homes.

No one was injured, and damage appeared to be extensive. The North Central Kansas Chapter of the Red Cross was called to assist the occupants of the homes.
