Dr. Phil Black candidate for USD 305 Board of Education

I am seeking public office because:

I was directly involved with the bond project from the beginning when I was Board President and I would lkie to see the project through to it’s completion. I also believe K-12 public education cannot succeed without broad community support. We need to build partnerships with many different areas in our community including post-secondary education. Because I have a very extensive background at the college and university level, I am unique on the board in being able to represent post-secondary education as the district builds those partnerships with area colleges and universities.
