Woman robbed and threatened early Thursday

crime 2Salina Police are investigating an incident just after 1 a.m. Thursday morning where a woman said she was confronted outside her home by two men in dark clothing.

Captain Chris Trocheck said the 25-year -old woman returned home in the 600 block of S. 2nd after taking her boyfriend to work, when she was approached by one of the men who forced her inside.

Once inside, both men would not allow her to leave.  One threatened to kill her, she was hit and suffered an abrasion on the neck and a split lip.  Before leaving, the men took a small amount of money.

Both men had their faces covered. One was described as tall, the other short.
