Thunderstorms in the forecast

The main threats include hail up to the size of golfballs and damaging winds. There is also a small chance of a tornado, with the better chance being on Saturday. Across eastern Kansas a strong storm with small hail and gusts to 50 mph may be possible.

Tonight Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly before 4am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 57. Southeast wind 6 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
Saturday A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 75. South southeast wind 6 to 13 mph.
Saturday Night A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 52. South wind 7 to 10 mph.
Sunday Showers likely. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 64. Breezy, with a south wind 8 to 13 mph becoming north northwest 17 to 22 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
Sunday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 38.
Monday Mostly sunny, with a high near 63.
