SALINA -A slow-moving front offered up needed precipitation Wednesday night and Thursday morning, with reports of up to 1.45 inches of rain in northern portions of Saline County and just over an inch of rain in central and eastern parts of the county.
Early reports also showed over 1.09 inches of moisture in eastern Ottawa, northern McPherson and Dickinson County and just over .75 in eastern Ellsworth County.
The clouds are expected to break today, with the mercury rising. A high temperature near 80 is expected, with a light breeze.
