The Southeast of Saline baseball team will play a Regional Semi-final today in Hillsboro at 2:15 pm. The game was moved up in the day due to weather concerns and possible rain in the area.

SES (16-5) moved into today’s game with a 6-5 victory yesterday over the Hillsboro Trojans. Tanner Thaxton hit a bases clearing double for the Trojans in the top of the 7th inning to take the lead. Kody Berry struck out the side to finish the game and secure the victory.

Southeast of Saline is the #3 seed in the Hillsboro region. The Trojans will play Whitewater-Remington (13-4) today at 2:15. The Broncos are the #2 seed.

Kody Berry will be the starting pitcher for SES. Berry is 2-1 with a 1.96 ERA, 28 strikeouts and 13 walks on the season.
