Eryn Wright, general counsel for Salina Public Schools USD 305, was elected to the board of directors of the Kansas School Attorneys Association at their annual meeting held in Topeka, Kansas, on June 11, 2015.
Wright has been General Counsel for Salina Public Schools since 2012. She is a member of the Kansas School Attorneys Association, Kansas Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the National School Board Association’s Council of School Attorneys. Wright received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2008 from the Washburn University School of Law.
The Kansas School Attorneys Association was established in 1969 to promote and conduct activities leading to a better understanding of the pertinent statutory and case law in the area of education law, to provide an opportunity for school attorneys to discuss legal issues of concern to school district and community college clients, to provide means and sources for the dissemination of information and experiences concerning school law and its related areas.
