Salina Police have taken a report from another victim of an ATM skimmer.

66-year-old Marjorie Koch tells police that two unauthorized transactions were made on her Sunflower Bank account on July 13th. According to Salina Police Captain Chris Trocheck, two transactions on Koch’s card were made the same day. A withdrawal in the amount of $302.25 was made in Oklahoma and another withdrawal in the amount of $302.50 was made in Mississippi.

Salina Police had previously taken a report from another resident that unlawful transactions made on his account from Mississippi and Texas.

Police believe these incidents are connected to ATM skimming devices that were found on two Sunflower Bank ATM’s in Salina on July 9th. Wichita Police have also discovered skimmers on at least seven ATM’s in that area during the same time frame.
