Salina Police are looking for a known suspect in a aggravated battery that occurred Saturday afternoon.

Captain Mike Sweeney said the suspect and a 48-year-old man got into an argument between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

The victim was hit several times in the face, causing swelling of the face and a cut to the bridge of the nose. The man also complained of chest pain and trouble breathing.

He was taken to the hospital for treatment of his injuries, which required surgery.

The incident took place at a home in the 600 block of Jameson.
