Beginning on Thursday, August 20th and continuing through Monday, September 7th, drivers can expect an increased police presence on the city streets as the Salina Police Department joins with 150 other law enforcement agencies in aggressively enforcing DUI’s, seatbelt and child restraints and other traffic laws as part of the 2015 Kansas You Drink You Drive You Lose enforcement. 

The enforcement is underwritten by a grant from the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT).

The main focus will be on DUI Enforcement, as well as seatbelts and child restraints.
