Police arrest a 31-year-old man after he is found driving a van stolen from a Salina business.

A 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan, valued at $40,000, was stolen from a fenced-in lot at El Dorado National, 1655 Wall, between 12:38 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. Friday morning. A part of a fence was cut and keys were taken from the transportation building.

Then just after 11:30 p.m. Friday night, a police officer spotted the van in the 1100 block of N. 9th, and stopped it in the area of 9th and Antrim.

James Lorence, the driver of the van, was arrested on charges of possession of stolen property.
