McReynolds Road from Burma Road to Halstead Road was closed to through traffic Tuesday afternoon due to several broken deck planks and supporting stringers on a timber cross road drainage structure located about 0.2 mile east of Burma Road.

Repair work on this structure will be done by a Saline County Road and Bridge Department crew, with anticipated completion by the end of November. Of course, completion is dependent on unforeseen conditions such as adverse weather.
