Are you faced with the challenges of caring for a loved one with dementia? Are you not sure of what to do? Then the You Are Not Alone Support Group is for you!

This information-sharing group has two initial sessions scheduled:

November 4, 2015 at 2 p.m.
November 18, 2015 at 10 a.m.

Both sessions will be conducted on the second floor of the Salina Senior Center, 245 N. 9th, and are open free of charge to caregivers, family members, and friends of people who are being cared for because of dementia, memory loss, or Alzheimer’s Disease. The sessions will be led by Lyla Arnold, a retired professional caregiver who also has experience caring for loved ones with dementia.

These sessions are a time for caregivers, so participants are asked to not bring dementia patients with them.
