10:29 a.m. – The Kansas Highway Patrol is reporting that the driver of the vehicle is now in custody.

10:05 a.m. – The pursuit has ended with the suspect vehicle stopping in Ellsworth County near a gas station. According to the KHP, the suspect is refusing to exit the vehicle, which was reportedly stolen from Dollar General in Minneapolis.

9:47 a.m. – The pursuit has gone through Lincoln County and is now southbound in Ellsworth County on K-14 Highway.

Law enforcement authorities are involved in a high speed pursuit that began just before 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning north of Salina.

The pursuit, which has reached speeds in excess of 80 mph, is currently westbound on Interstate 70, near Brookville Road.
