– GoGurt individual tubes by Yoplait and string cheese sticks by Borden not labeled for individual sale, no ingredients list available.
– Ice bagged in establishment does not bear the name and address of the establishment on the label.
– Interior divider of ice machine has accumulation of mold.
– 2 packages of 2 tablet Alka Selzter dated October 15. Corrected on site: removed from sale.

– No address on egg carton label.
– No thermometer inside reach-in cooler.
McDonald’s of Salina, 2236 Planet Ave. (November 23) Regular Inspection
– Wet wiping cloth setting on coffee area counter top and cookie/pie prep area counter top.
– Cut lettuce and rehydrated onion on make table not marked with time removed from cold holding. Corrected on site: marked with time.
– No detectable sanitizer in mechanical warewashing. Corrected on site: discontinued use and called for service, will sanitize in 3 vat sink until repaired.
– Container for coffee drink machine sitting on top of handwashing sink across from office. Corrected on site: moved to container to warewashing area.
– Employee’s coat setting on top on individual packaged condiments at east drive through window. Cell phone on counter top in north prep area and on west counter at register area.
– Spray bottles of cleaners stored with nozzle aimed at juice cups on top of juice cabinet. Corrected on site: moved to side of trash can.
Rodeway Inn, 429 W. Diamond Dr. (November 23) Regular Inspection
– No thermometer available inside Kenmore apartment size reach-in cooler.
– Ice dispensing area of ice machine has accumulation of mold.
Singh Travel Plaza, 2124 N. Hedville Rd. (November 23) First Operational Inspection After Licensing
– Blue Bunny Champ ice cream novelty not labeled for individual sale.
– Ice bagged in establishment does not bear name and address on the label.
– Trash receptacle not covered in ladies toilet room.
– No hand drying provisions available at handwashing sinks in beverage area. Corrected on site: supplied with paper napkins.
– Spray bottle of green liquid not labeled with common name in back room. Corrected on site: labeled cleaner.
Tom’s Appletree, 2450 S. 9th St. (November 19) Follow Up Inspection
– Flat of raw shell eggs stored above ham slice.s Corrected on site: moved eggs below ham slices.
– Foam cup without handle stored inside salt bin. Corrected on site: removed foam cup.
– Wet wiping cloth stored on counter top next to make table in kitchen. Corrected on site: put in sanitizer.
