Salina Police are searching for a known suspect after a Salina woman reports the theft of more than $2,500 of her property.
Captain Mike Sweeney tells The Salina Post that 48-year-old Kimberly Vargas of 1620 Beach, reported that the property went missing from her residence between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Items including jewelry, DVD’s, a wheel chair ramp, a Pioneer stereo system, a red Dirt Devil vacuum cleaner, a Shop Vac and a black 5-foot by 4-foot dog kennel were allegedly taken by an acquaintance of Vargas.
Total loss in the case has been estimated at $2,525.
